Potato Omelette
Every household knows how to prepare onion omelette but weirdly the most common omelette in my family’s household is potato omelette. It’s a dish my siblings and I will never have enough of it, almost like a combination of rosti and omelette.
Whenever the fridge is empty, eggs will always be the first thing in our minds. Whatever we can fry it with will become a side dish, so it’s either onion or potato. It just tastes good with just little seasoning used.
