frozen prata

sausage / chicken frank
Egg wash

Cheese, mayonnaise, chili sauce or ketchup
Instructions
Preheat oven at 180°C.
Roll sausage in prata as tight as possible, cut both ends. Slice roll about 1cm thick but do not slice through.
Place on baking tray. Pull and twist sliced pieces slightly apart, place on both sides alternately.
Brush egg wash on surface, add toppings.
Bake at 180°C for 20 - 25 mins, until cooked through and pastry is golden.
