Penang Laksa Pasta
Only laksa paste, tuna and spaghetti stand between you and dinner. I make this when I crave laksa but want comfort fast. Ready in under 30 minutes.

Instructions
Heat oil in a wok and fry ground laksa paste over a low fire until fragrant and oil separates.
Add the tamarind extract, sugar and salt. Cook for 2 to 3 mins.
Turn off fire and stir in flaked tuna.
Bring a large pan of lightly salted water to boil.
Add spaghetti and cook until just tender.
Drain spaghetti and toss with cooked laksa paste.
Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
Pile into individual serving bowls and top with garnish.
Serve immediately.
