Salt and/or sugar

Instructions
Heat oil in frying pan. Add chopped garlic and dried shrimps, stir-fry for about 30 secs until fragrant.
Add sliced okra and water. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Add Lao Gan Ma and soy sauce. Season with salt and/or sugar to your preference. Stir-fry until all seasoning are well mixed.
Turn off heat, add in Shaoxing wine while the frying pan is still hot. Again, stir-fry until well mixed and serve,

Notes
Fried Chili in Oil is used for this recipe, we recommend Spicy Chili Crisp too.
Okras that measure between 7-10 cm will be less fibrous and not tough to chew on.
Feel free to replace okra with other vegetables like long bean or French beans.
